Bungy | Auckland adain1143
|
Auckland's
steel Harbour Bridge spanning the mighty Waitemata Harbour is the home
to the world's first harbour bridge Bungy Jump. Nestled under the
frenetically-paced activity of the Auckland Harbour Bridge, the jump
pod, which was installed in 2003, utilizes the latest in engineering
technology. The retro-style jump pod provides a platform to leap out
over the Waitemata Harbour. Once airborne enjoy spectacular views – that
is if your eyes stay open! Auckland Bungy has a uniquely Auckland
flavor and is something that should definitely not be missed! |

'fast and smooth' and then slow down to land just in the last few
metres. SkyJump is great fun and surprisingly gentle, no hanging upside
down, but with all the thrill of a base jump. Hard on the Mind, Easy on
