Having trouble logging into your BoyzWeekend account?

This can come down to a number of things, but we have a few quick steps which fix nearly all the issues that we've come across:

- Close your browser down completely and restart it. You should close all the running windows - check none are minimised.

- Delete your browser's history, temporary files and cache. To do this:

In Internet Explorer: Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options..., and press both the Clear History and Delete Files... buttons.

In Firefox: Under the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data..., and press Clear Private Data Now, making sure that browsing history, cache and authenticated sessions are selected.

- Restart your computer.
